About Memaar Al Morshedy Group

The group began its real estate activities in 1983 with a strategic vision of introducing modern, innovative, and unconventional architectural designs to the Egyptian market.

Who Owns Memaar Al Morshedy?

The founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Memaar Al Morshedy is prominent businessman and engineer Mohamed El Morshedy.

A leading real estate investor and member of the Egyptian Senate, he laid the foundation for a success story that has spanned decades.

The group is currently managed by his family, which follows a contemporary and sustainable vision. His son, Hassan Morshedy, serves as the group's CEO, while his daughter, Eng. Nour Morshedy, shares in the company's leadership and executive management, helping ensure the continuation of its development and innovation within the Egyptian real estate market.

Skyline

The project is located in Katameya, directly on the Ring Road near the Ain Sokhna Tunnel. It is described as the world's largest fully serviced residential building. Spanning approximately 50 feddans, it includes residential complexes offering apartments and studios ranging from 60 to 200 square meters, alongside administrative and commercial spaces.

The development also features an extensive rooftop leisure area with swimming pools, sports courts, green spaces, and cinemas.

One Kattameya

Located directly on the Ring Road opposite Katameya Gate, One Kattameya by Memaar Al Morshedy is an integrated development spanning 25 feddans and comprising 38 buildings. 

These include eight administrative and commercial buildings with premium glass façades and 30 residential buildings.

The project contains a total of 3,670 units, with areas ranging from 73 to 249 square meters.

Katameya Gate

Katameya Gate is located at the beginning of the Katameya–Ain Sokhna Road, directly on the Ring Road. 

The integrated development by Memaar Al Morshedy spans 10 feddans, equivalent to approximately 43,700 square meters.

It includes two underground parking levels, a ground-floor commercial area, and 11 typical floors combining residential apartments, studios, clinics, and administrative offices. Unit sizes range from 60 to 170 square meters.

Rayhanah Avenue

Rayhanah Avenue is located in the heart of Zahraa El Maadi, directly opposite Wadi Degla Club. 

This upscale residential and commercial building covers 13,377 square meters and consists of 12 floors.

Its modern architectural façades incorporate a small shopping center, a swimming pool, a gym, and residential units ranging from 73 to 234 square meters.

Crystal Plaza

Crystal Plaza is located directly on the Maadi Ring Road, next to Carrefour Maadi.

Degla View

Degla View is located in the active area between Zahraa El Maadi and the Ring Road. 

It combines contemporary architecture with smart technologies through a series of towers surrounding an expansive artificial lake at the center, providing distinctive views for both residential and administrative units.

Bavaria Town

Bavaria Town is located directly on the Ring Road, near Carrefour Maadi. Covering an area of 64,295 square meters, the development includes 37 residential and administrative towers.

One of its distinctive features is the provision of swimming pools for residents on the rooftop of each tower. Apartment sizes range from 102 to 230 square meters.

Degla Landmark

Memaar Al Morshedy's Degla Landmark project in Nasr City is located near the Ring Road and El-Moshir Tantawy Axis. It is one of the group's large residential and commercial gated developments, extending across 14 feddans, or approximately 63,000 square meters.

The project contains around 3,800 residential units, with sizes ranging from 65 to 158 square meters, in addition to a large shopping mall on the ground floor.

Degla Towers

Located in the heart of Nasr City, near the Diplomatic District, Degla Towers by Memaar Al Morshedy spans five feddans and comprises six residential towers, each rising 12 floors.

Apartment sizes range from 69 to 165 square meters, while the compound also offers integrated recreational facilities in its central area.

Lake Front

Lake Front is located near Al Wahat Road and Al Ashgar District as part of Memaar Al Morshedy's October developments. 

The residential compound covers 37 feddans, with green spaces, artificial lakes, and services accounting for 75% of its total area.

Degla Palms by Memaar Al Morshedy

Located in 6th of October City, Degla Palms is a residential community designed for young people and middle-income buyers.
