It is being developed in collaboration with Al-Maadi Company for Development and Construction, a public-sector company affiliated with the Holding Company for Construction and Development.

The project is positioned directly on the Suez Road opposite Madinaty, providing access to New Cairo, Cairo International Airport, Heliopolis, Nasr City and the New Administrative Capital.

Recent 2026 project information places IVY Residence on approximately 28 feddans, with buildings occupying no more than about 25% of the project area.

The remaining land is allocated to landscaping, water features, recreational areas, internal roads and community facilities.

Current published apartment spaces range from approximately 98 to 209 m², while villas begin from approximately 267 m².

In June 2026, AGEC announced the beginning of Phase 1 handovers. The company reported that residential-building construction had reached approximately 80%, while all villas were completed and ready for immediate handover.

Paramount Business Complex is a completed administrative and commercial building in Sheraton Heliopolis.

It is located in the Commercial Touristic Zone, close to Cairo International Airport, the Ring Road, Cairo–Ismailia Road and El Orouba Road.

Published project information describes a building area of approximately 20,000 m² and a modern glazed architectural design intended to increase natural light and reduce heat intrusion.

The project offers administrative and business spaces, shared meeting facilities and a lecture hall. It also serves as AGEC Developments’ head office.

AGEC announced a partnership with IWG to introduce a Regus centre containing approximately 167 workspaces, meeting rooms and outdoor areas inside Paramount.

Buyers or tenants should confirm current office availability, ownership structure, finishing, parking and Regus membership terms before contracting.

Kentro One New Cairo

Kentro One was announced by AGEC in 2022 as a commercial and administrative project in the Fifth Settlement, New Cairo.

The original announcement described a total project area of approximately 17,600 m² and planned investment of around EGP 600 million.

It referred to approximately 8,600 m² of commercial surfaces, 1,600 m² of administrative areas and about 7,400 m² of garages.

Construction was originally expected to begin after the announcement, with delivery planned within three years.

Kentro One does not currently appear on AGEC’s public project portfolio. Estate View should therefore avoid presenting it as an actively selling or completed development until the company confirms:

AGEC, IVY Residence and Maadi View

Some current market listings refer to IVY Residence as being inside or associated with Maadi View in El Shorouk.

Estate View should avoid presenting “Maadi View” and “IVY Residence” as two completely separate AGEC-owned compounds unless separate legal and project documents support that classification.

Projects That Should Be Removed from the AGEC Page

Owagik Tower New Capital

Owagik Tower belongs to Owagik Real Estate Development and Investment, a separate developer associated with the Global group.

It should not appear as an AGEC project or as a project card inside the AGEC developer profile.

OaGIC Mall

The current Estate View copy uses the name OaGIC Mall, but the project card linked below the profile leads to Owagik Tower.

This appears to be a spelling and developer-attribution error and should be removed.

Kentro Creeks

A reliable company announcement for a project named Kentro Creeks was not found during this review.

The name should not be retained in the portfolio or FAQ unless AGEC provides an official project page, brochure or dated announcement.
