Business Gate

Business Gate by Dominar Developments is located in the heart of the Financial District, directly on Ministries Axis, next to the National Bank of Egypt, Industrial Development Bank, and the headquarters of the Suez Canal Authority, and just steps away from the Central Bank of Egypt and Central Axis.

The project was developed on an area of 5,100 square meters and consists of a ground floor and 7 repeated floors. 

The lower floors are allocated to commercial activities, including restaurants, cafés, and brands, while the upper floors are dedicated to administrative offices and companies.

The master plan was developed in collaboration with British consultant Esther Milardi through Di-Oro Interiors.

The project operates as a fully smart building with advanced digital infrastructure developed in partnership with Huawei and Grandstream, along with integrated operations and maintenance management by the international company Enova, a subsidiary of Al-Futtaim Group.

Business Yard

Business Yard is located in the Central Park of the Financial District, directly in front of the interchange station, and overlooks the Central Bank Square. 

It is considered the first smart building in Egypt developed through a major international alliance combining expertise from the United States, China, Italy, France, and Egypt.

The project was developed in collaboration with renowned Italian consultant Hit Architects, represented by Tomaso Piantini, who is ranked among the top 5 consultants worldwide and holds patents related to energy efficiency in administrative buildings. 

The project also involves major American and Chinese companies specializing in smart technology solutions, including Grandstream and Huawei, with operations managed by Enova.

Three Square

Three Square is a specialized project that has reached 100% construction completion and is currently in the final finishing stage. 

It is located on Plot 25B.3, directly on Ministries Axis next to Housing and Development Bank.

The project consists of 3 adjacent buildings, each comprising a ground floor and 7 repeated floors, fully dedicated to luxury administrative and commercial units.

Winter Park

Winter Park is Dominar Developments' latest and strongest residential project in the heart of the eighth residential district (R8). 

It is considered the first global Brand Residence in the New Administrative Capital, offering an integrated hotel-style residential experience.
