What is Melee Development?

Melee Development was established in 2023 as an Egyptian company specializing in delivering innovative real estate concepts based on products supported by luxury brands. 

The company focuses on five main sectors, including branded residential units, commercial and administrative projects, the hospitality sector, sports and entertainment clubs, and education.

It launched with a paid-up capital of nearly 100 million EGP, manages a massive portfolio of real estate and investment assets estimated between 30 and 40 billion EGP, and aims to reach 100 billion EGP in business volume within five years.

Who is the Owner of Melee Development?

The company is led by businessman and engineer Jasser Bahgat, serving as Chairman and Managing Director.

Engineer Jasser Bahgat leads Melee Development as Chairman and Managing Director, standing out as one of Egypt's prominent real estate development experts with over 28 years of experience. 

He previously served as CEO and Managing Director for major companies such as Madar Development and Oriental Urban Development (OUD), in addition to his prominent membership on the board of directors of the Real Estate Development Chamber.
